Shepherds Hill Nursery was set up in 2006 by Claire and John (and Grace and Emily, pictured), to take advantage of this wonderful setting in Harefield. The aim was, to create a homely environment, almost an extended family that would benefit from a closeness to nature and the outside environment.
Claire and John take great care in selecting the best possible people to work at Shepherds Hill and believe that a small, strong team is the ideal for delivering individual, child centred care.
We operate a key person system backed up by a team system. When your child starts at Shepherds Hill, they will be matched to a member of staff who will take care of all their needs. Our staff also work in teams, so that if your child's key person is away there is always someone that your child knows well and who is familiar with your child's care.
